So tonight I went to the lawyer’s office with my parents to process the paperwork for the conveyance of the condo. It was frightfully easy. Tomorrow, the mortgage paperwork. And then it will be mine! Hopefully nothing will hold it up, but I guess anything can happen.And no, this is not my floor plan. I just thought it looked kinda sorta familiar -- you know, two bedrooms and a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room. And a deck that can't be used because it is under someone else's, and also overlooks the highway. Ha!
